Bell Canada 1FL interface with BCM 400

Does anyone have experience with use of Local Link packages to enable use of switch hook/Flash transfer on CO line such that outbound transfer or auto attendant transfer to remote locations can be accomplished without tying up another line.

Link is enabled and working however, current package eliminates equivalency, resulting in Calls Waiting or routing to Central Office Voicemail.

Any hints?

I don't think you can run local link lines on a PBX, I think you need Centrex lines to do this.

I call the BCM a lot of things but PBX is not one of them. Norstar with 'roid rage maybe.

The lines may have been changed to Centrex (EXXMD) with (FTRAV)however, I've seen FTRBV (Feature B) package but someone ordered (Feature A)

LINK works but operation is disrupted with the Call Waiting and Voicemail capacity of the package.

Package B works better... so much for carrier rep suggesting Package A...
