CELLS DIFFERENT ON NEIGHBORS SCREEN

I'm using FrontPage 2002. I'm using the Banner Ad Manager to rotate photos. On my screen, everything looks good. On my neighbor's screen the picture does not fill up the cell. The cell with only a STATIC photo looks the same on mine as on his. Also, one column on his screen is too narrow for the words. On mine, there is plenty of room.

I have experimented with the screen resolution, but mine always looks correct.

Help!

Are both of you on the same OS and using the same browser?

Yes. We are using the XP OS and version 6 of Internet Explorer
