Cell phone browsers

Although they constitute less than 1% of our traffic, it is significant enough that we would like to preview our content in a WebCollage or Nokia browser.
We also test with WebTV but we only make sure that it's good enough for that platform.
WebTV has a viewer available for Windows. Is there a similar type viewer for the PDA/Phone browsers that we could use on a standard Operating System (Lin/Mac/Win)?
