Celeron 2hz normal temp ??

Hello with the above chip and a gigayte mb, the software is telling me that the cpu's temp just in windows mode is around 22 deg cel. but when i start playing games it can jump to 33 deg cel. the max loading on it says 60deg cel. is this about right, is the cpu running too cold, too hot or normal. i have three system fans drawing air into the system, would i get a better result if i reverse one fan to extract the air out of the case?
