CEGetter.bat not working as scheduled task

Hi, may be a dumb question, but here's what I'm trying to do. I am trying to get CEGETTER.BAT setup as a Scheduled Task.

The Scheduled Task is only running whenever I am logged into the server as the same account as the account and password I entered for the task.

I don't want to worry about making sure I'm logged in as the same user for the tasks, I want them to run no matter who logged into the server last.

Any suggestions?
