CE9-Incorrect Log On Params-Drill Down Sub Reports

I've got a report that allows users to drill down into sub reports. When accessing the report via CE 9.0.1.87, I get the error "Unable to connect: incorrect log on parameters."

The password is set on the report.
The subreports visible in the initial view work properly.
The main report and all sub reports use the same ODBC driver.
The report with drill down works correctly in CR 9.0.
There are no variables on the section expert for the hidden sections.
All sub reports work if the hidden sections are made visible.

Any ideas on how to resolve this error message would be greatly appriciated.

Hi,
When you published the report did you specify the default
username/password to be used for all the report's subreports?

In the CMC, what Database info is shown for the report?

Yes. It is set when publishing the report. I've also tried when running the report.

I have just noticed that if I use the Interactive Viewer, I don't get the error message. Is there a bug in Active-X or DHTML that would cause this problem?
