Thanks for the reply. I spoke to my sales rep in Atlanta and he seems to think the release has been pushed back to next year.

you are referring to crystal enterprise report application server 9.0 right? or just reports 9.0? i can begin to purchase it now actually ... be it advanced, developer or professional ...

There is a planned release of Crystal Enterprise 9 that combines the new RAS 9 into the release. The goal is to provide the functionality of the RDC with the new release. There is a managed distribution release that will be available to customers with a big enough budget due out before the end of December. The launch date for the rest of the world has been scheduled for after the first of the year.

I was interested to see it they would bring the offline report viewer forward. I was thinking of deploying this viewer to the clients and then exporting the reports to this viewer instead of using the web viewer control. Still trying to get back the print functionality we had in the Active x viewer from versions 8 and 8.5 that we lost in .Net.
