CE8.5: ? about saving instance sched to Excel format 2

Crystal Enterprise 8.5

After scheduling an instance to Excel format, I go in to view the instance. No menu bar is visible that would allow me to save the excel spreadsheet (ie to my local drive). If I make a change to the instance/spreadsheet, it will prompt me and allow me to save the spreadsheet. Any thoughts?

To clarify my question, I would like to know how the user can save the report instance (scheduled with a format of Excel) upon viewing it.

Thank you for this solution! You saved me a lot of work. I found a work-around for this problem, but it meant walking each CE user through the process. This is such an easy fix (and much better than mine!) and I will be able to just email the instructions to the users. I give you another star.
