CE10 / Exporting with date-parameters

Hi everybody,

I have a report with 2 parameters (from date / to date). In CE10 I have no problem to view the report or to schedule the report to "Crystal format". BUT when I schedule it to an excel-file (or pdf, text, ...) I get an empty sheet. The problem must be the date-parameters - if I run the report without the parameters the export works fine and the excel-sheet is loaded with data. By activating the parameters the export delivers a empty sheet (word-doc, text-file, pdf, ..) - every kind of export fails. We are working with Oracle 9 and we used the native connection to the database.

Any hints or help ????

Sounds very odd if it develops a good report using the Crystal viewer, but empty otherwise.

Schedule it as "now" in various formats to test.

Then you also might try applying the service pack:

Service Pack 3 is yet installed.

Every export delivers an empty sheet (I've tested with pdf, doc, excel and text).

Without the date-parameters the export runs fine and I get the same output as with the crystal viewer.
