We have a large number of users that run the same report that only takes a few seconds throughout the day. If the report is run at the same exact time there is sometimes data mixed between the two reports. This report has several subreports. I've even been able to reproduce the erroneous results running the the same report, renamed, out of 2 different folders on Enterprise. Another requirement of the report is that it has to run in plain text format since some cutting and pasting of the data is done by the users, so using the 'View' option won't work. This is scheduled for 'Now'. Any ideas? Business Objects doesn't have any.

It may be cache related, such as the cache server incorrectly determining whether it should serve up a cached page for another subreport, try knocking the cache size way down and then running the reports. Does this also occur if 2 people Run (View) the report at the same time?

You can also have your dba verify what is being passed to the database for each report/subreport. This shouold give you an indication of whether all of the reports are passing the right SQL, and that all of them are making requests (if not Crystal may have decided that it could use a cached page).

As far as the possiblity of using the view option, we have tested this and it returns the correct data. The only problem is that this is unacceptable with the users since they cut and paste this and need it in plain text format. The cache size has been doubled in the last month or so, but the issue was occurring before the change was made as well. The size of the cache was bumped up due to a large amount of on demand reporting. I've verified what the report runs like from the dba side and it appears to run one Oracle session where he would normally see two. It doesn't look like there is anything we can really change on the Oracle side though.
