CDRom Security

I would like to disable the CDRom drive for all users, except for one local user.

Not sure if this can be done using Windows XP Pro
(Hardware or User Profiles).

This is an attempt to control the use of an internal CDWriter and to stop unauthorised users or files being used.

Appreciate any suggestions.
