Customer just dail 9 to get access to the roots .
and he is bothering that in cdr the ACOD (488,489,490 ) is appearing befor the dialed digits , he wants just 9 to appear infront the dialed digits, can we do that??

regards

might be a function of the cdr package you are using. Sounds like a picky person you are dealing with.

Did you look at the RAW Data to see if it's there or is it in the Reporting program data base only and that is adding it to the report.

This is a Signature and not part of the answer, it appears on every reply.

This is an Analogy so don't take it personally as some have.

Why change the engine if all you need is to change the spark plugs.

I use OTM billing for reports from CDR data and I see the ACOD info in the raw data and in the reports. We just live with it but would rather it wasn't there. It messes up my lines.

Depending how you set it up the OTM/TM should beable to delete the Access Code before printing the report. the user determins what fields the report contains.

In LD16 for each route check prompt OPD........Think if you answer yes then only 9 appears as access code. Might require an ini.

CDR (NO) YES Call Detail Recording
- INC (NO) YES CDR records generated on incoming calls
- LAST (NO) YES CDR record printing content option for redirected calls
- TTA (NO) YES Time To Answer output in CDR
- ABAN (NO) YES Abandoned call records output for this route
- QREC (NO) YES CDR ACD Q initial connection records to be generated
- OAL (NO) YES CDR on outgoing calls
- - OTL (NO) YES CDR on Outgoing Toll calls
- - AIA (NO) YES Answered call Identification Allowed
- - OAN (YES) NO CDR timing starts On Answer supervision of outgoing calls
- - OPD (NO) YES Outpulsed Digits in CDR

ACE, depending how I set up something in the switch or in OTM? I have done a little searching in OTM for a setting that might affect the reports but I never stumbled across one and gave up (Since it was really only me that it bothered. The people getting the reports don't care but I didn't like how it made my columns irregular.)

OPD (NO) YES Outpulsed Digits in CDR

Outpulsed digits are the digits you send to the Telco, so they know where the call is going.

Dialed digits would be the 9+1NPANXXxxxx
Outpulsed digits would be the 1NPANXXxxxx
