Hi out there, I am switching out a opt.21 rls 17 with a opt.11 rls 25. I have got it pretty much working but all I get out of the CDR port is garbage. it is outputting info I just cant resd it. Is there a setting I missed (RDB, CDB, ?)
any help is greatly appericated.

What are the TTY settings in LD 17- ADAN for the port your CDR box is connected to? You have to make sure that your port settings on the TTY and the CDR match, other wise, you will get garbage.

If your on port 0 it is controlled by the dip switch's on the front of the SSC card.

Hopefully you are not using port 0. In your LD 17 ADAN the port for CDR needs CTY for user. Once physically connected to the port your settings should match up to ADAN or 9600/8/none/1 some CDR systems work better using
9600 7 mark 1 (Exxacom and Call Bill) has been my experience; Also in LD 15 your CDR data make sure port same as what you set in LD 17
