CDR START &END RECORD

Can anyone say if there is a way to stop the the printing of start and end record when calls are made from an extension through the attendant console but instead just have a normal record printed showing the extension as the originating party

you can't make that change that i know of, dump your cdr to an excel and use a macro to modify them.. that will automate any needed changes to the format or content
