Hi,

I've got these manuals: 553-3001-350, and 553-2631-100 and one more. I read them. I've got dump from serial port of Option 11. If I follow manual, my parser won't understand feed i'm getting. If I will follow feed - I don't know what I will end up with. Here is sample:

N 095 00 T001019 T010021 08/07 01:40 00:00:02 A 414519999999999
& 0000 0000
N 096 00 A001021 T010024 08/07 01:41 00:00:10 A 414519999999999
& 0000 0000 157XXXXXXXXXXXXX

As you can see, this should be a new style record, because there is second line starting with &. But according to manual, new style record should have three lines, not two. and also it should have start time of the call in format hh:mm:ss.s, but I've got hh:mm.

There are two possible situations:
1. I've got some kind of third format - is there a manual for it?
2. PBX wasn't configured properly to send correct CDR records. All I know port was configured at 1200bps,8-N-1.

Does anyone know where is my problem?

Thank you.

You can program your billing software to dismiss the second line

I think the New is actually 3 lines and Old is 2 for RLS 25 and earlier. Depending on the level of software You can change the format in LD 17.

the problem is, strings I've got are not old or new format. it some kind of third format.

It did change with the new CS platform to include something about the IP Phones. Do you have the CD with the new DOCS?

no. i have docs which are available at support.nortel.com. Can you let me know what is the name and/or publication number, so I could look it up?

thanks
