CDR shows call duration of approx 10 hours

Hi,

I collect data everyday from the Avaya media server (G350/S8500 CM release 2.1.11) and in the CDR (field sec-dur) at least one record or two indicates a call duration of 95903 (9h59'03") which is not normal of course since nobody ever calls for such a long duration.
Can anybody explain to me the cause and how to solve this problem.

I have this happen all the time. People call a conference bridge and forget to hang up or put the call on hold. I get one every week or so. My solution is to have my eCAS email me when this happens. Then I go an busy/release the trunk. Then send the person hate mail about what happened.
