I collect data everyday from the Avaya media server (G350/S8500 CM release 2.1.11) and in the CDR (field sec-dur) at least one record or two indicates a call duration of 95903 (9h59'03") which is not normal of course since nobody ever calls for such a long duration.
Can anybody explain to me the cause and how to solve this problem.
