Gents,

I have been tasked with pulling some cdr reports on several users for a particular day. Seemed simple enough.Logged in as caradmin, I am using "user reports-bills-department" and searching by user in the global directory. all users are configured the same, this has been verified.some reports for the users come back with data others dont. I have looked at the CRS config, the global directory, the phone config. nothing is different between one user whos data appears and one user whos data doesnt. any help?

TEK-TIPS rulz!

are you positive that the user is associated with the device in ALL cases you mention?
If so three things are happening:
1. User error on how you are requesting the data
2. A CAR database mulfunction.
3. (higly unlikely). The user has actually not made any calls during the period you are requesting.

Check you user/device association first then option 1.

thanks whykap but very unhelpful.

Im opening a service request with cisco.

sorry you found my post unhelpful. Once TAC fixes your issue take a minute and post what the fix was.

not exactly. there is a problem syncing between the cdr table and the art table. the engiener recommended to purchase 3rd party reporting software.;) my plan is to stop the cdr scheduler service. empty the art tables and restart the cdr schedulr to repopulate the art tables. hopefully

does that make sense?

Has this ever worked and then stopped?
There was a bug in 4.1(3) that had similar characteristics causing the ART db to not populate.

Reinstalling was the fix but I am not suggesting that will fix your issue here.

God.The same issue with the same CCM Edition i have met.
HI,DEADbyWEDNESDAY,how about your case by far?

BTW,shall we use SQL Query directly to extracting the calling information form the SQL DB Table?Though i have no idea where the exact table located.

Any further question?
