CDR reports for internal calls

Can someone tell me how to set up on opt.11c CDR for internal calls (station to station).Wright now on CDR reports only incoming and outgoing traffic is visible.

Which overlay? I found out in LD 10,11,12 which has nothing common with CDR settings.Can you help me?

LD 10 for analog or LD 11 for digital stations,
CHG
..

CLS ICDA is, of course, on a TN by TN basis.

On a side note, does anyone know how to get the phone number of INCOMING calls to display in CDR? The number shows on our phone displays, but not in CDR.

Look in the RDB at the INC prombt.

INC (CDR records generated on incoming calls)

Also depending what Rls your on, you can do most of your programming in LD 20, insteat of 10, 11, 12, 22

Look at CLID prompt in LD17 PARM.
Software package 118 required.
