CDR record for internal and only ringed, but not answered call

1. Is it true, that if I like to record internal call, at first have to admin station in change intra switch CDR?
2. Is it posible to record on cdr ( not into IP phone back up file ) a not answered internal call ? For example 1112 call 1020 , and this call only ringed, 1020 did not answered.

 
CDR does not record station to station calls if they are not answered.

I have cm4.0.5 and have CDR recording output to the server hard disk.
