CDR Programming for DBA collection

Hi All,
I seem to be missing some programming somewhere. I need to collect CDR records via DBA. The DBA session connects but no CDR records are collected/generated. The PBX is a test switch and I am only making internal calls. I have enabled ICDA on each set.

I cannot seem to add CTY to the PTY port user settings - SCH5656.
I am uncertain if I need to add cty to a pty port.

Have you looked at the route programming in ld 21 and made sure CDR prompt is set to yes?

I have a number of routes and most do have CDR set to yes. What trunk type do i look at for internal calling? I will print it off and post.

Yes, ICDA applied to the test phones.

Do you have a buffer box (MDR-2000) of some sort that is the collection point for your call records? If so, that may need to be set up to allow for internal collection.

Do you have BDI set to yes in the customer data block? Don't need to program CTY on the PTY port either.

MDR2000 not required for DBA in TM. BCAP and BDI both set to yes.
Thanks - at least I don't need to worry about the cty user on the pty port.

Reviewing the rbd in LD 21. Not sure where I'd need to turn CDR on for internal calls.

Will test CDR output on an SDI port for internal calls. If SDI port shows records, but DBA does not - I'm thinking it may be that DBA doesn't collect internal calling.
