currently have a tty port configured with cty.
we are getting the data fine. i wanted to add an additional tty port with cty on it and had no problem programming it. however on cdr data is comming out of that port. do i have to INI the switch to activte the cdr port?
not sure why it's not working.

No you have to add the Port number in the CDB in LD 15.

This is an Analogy so don't take it personally as some have.

Why change the engine if all you need is to change the spark plugs.

so its ok to have two ports printing Cdr records?

confused now. can i have 2 ports dumping cdr at the same time?
where do i set this up in cdb under cdr data or cfn in adan data? i didn't se anywhere in the adan data that tells both ports to print?

You can have as many Ports as you enter in the CDB and have TTY's programmed as CTY in LD 17.

You add or change a TTY to CTY in LD 17

But you also need to add them in the CDB in LD 15
