has anyone experienced a failure of CDR records showing the incoming CLID. I have a customer who's CDR only shows the incoming trunk Route and trunk info not the actual CLID shown on the phones when they answer the call. All CDR prompts are set to yes in RDB and Cust data block

If you have COT analog route / trunks, you would not see the CLID info.

With digital trunking you either see it on the DCH or inband on the B-channel if you have basic trunks, so CDR should show the CLID for those calls.

All Pri trunks.
When I look at the raw CDR data via the tty port I still do not see incoming CLID. Outgoing I see it perfectly.

In addition to GHTrout's fix above, you will need to INI after making that change for it to take effect.

You may have done this already, but I'd do a DCH trace to ensure the number is being received. Once you know it is you can begin to figure out where the breakdown is occurring.

sorry guys for the delay I was in WLAN training
Incoming DCH messages shows the correct information all prompts are turned on I do not know if the system was INI'd I will return one evening this week and give it a try
