I am trying to get rid of the 2nd and 3rd lines of each CDR record (ie. all & and Zeros)... any ideas?

You can`t, its part of the CDR output, you change a setting in ld15, FCDR? from yes to no. This will stop the 3rd line however I would check with your call logging company first before you change format from Yes to No

cool thanks .. I will try that ..

..btw. I dont have a call logging company .. I manage the PBX on my own, and have connected the TTY port to a Solaris Conserver to capture the CDR .. which I have set up some scripting to present it.
