I collect CDR data from C-LAN and RS232 at one time.

For collecting data from C-LAN i use RDTT tool, and for collecting data from RS232 i use simple terminal program.
When i compare two logs from C-LAN and RS232, i see the great difference. Number of calls in RDTT`s log 20-30% less than in terminal program.

Where are these calls lost?
Maybe i have to change something in ip-services?
Please, help!

Type the command display system-parameters cdr.
Are your Primary Output Format: and Secondary Output Format: the same?

Here is

isplay system-parameters cdr Page 1 of 2

Both outputs are using the customized format. Therefore they "should" contain the same data. All I can think of is that either the C-LAN link is dropping or the RDTT tool isn't able to buffer all the information. If you do status link <link no.> you will see when the C-LAN link last reset.

The link works ok. I can`t beleive that RDTT tool isn't able to buffer the information.

Are there another ideas?

Does your Definity have an SPE-B? If so your eia port will only work when SPE-A is active.

DICS,

Can you describe how you are collecting data via eia? I have a G3siV11 (Software Version: R011i.02.0.110.4) and would like to collect call data.

Thanks

Ben

For a start I recommend to read Administrator`s guide.

I show you screens:

On computer, that collects data, I use tariffication program.

As primary output format you can use, for example, unformatted.
