Is it possible to setup RSP on a session manager? If so how?
thank You
Terry in Telcom

No, the SM just dumps the SIP CDR records as a flat or XML file into a folder on the SM for 3rd parties to go and get via SFTP.

Thank You
We ended up doing an SFTP collect task.

If you don't mind me asking, what 3rd party CDR tool are you using to ingest this XML file?

We use Virsae and Proteus

Virsae is mainly a monitoring tool/platform but also collects CDR and RTCP for call quality etc

Proteus is a call logger - we have a connection to the CM for H323 and the 4x session managers for SIP calls
