I have an OPT 11C at 4.5.

I have turned on all the CDR prompts for all the routes, changed FCDR to NEW, enabled CDR in LD 15.

Below is a CDR record that I am getting

N 049 00 A053 021 4638 08/19 09:56:42 00:00:36 .0
&7057280364XXXXXX 000 000
&00 :07 000 01 2

My question is: The part that is A053 021, I believe should be coming out as A053021 - without the space.

I know that this is the route (53) and the member (21).

How can I get rid of the extra space?

Thanks.

What if FCDR is not NEW?

Even if FCDR is set to OLD, the result is the same - the space is there.

Something about that on Nortel website:

Symptom:
CDR is not working properly.
Experiencing Call Detail Recording (CDR) format issues.
CDR lines are not complete at times.
CDR lines output a few lines then pause and output the rest.

Cause:
Site has three Teletype (TTY) ports configured for CDR but only one is being used.

Problem Resolution

Fix:
Remove all unused TTY ports for CDR.

Interesting.
I did a print of TTY devices, but only one of them seems to be defined as CDR port.

REQ

What are your CDR settings in LD 15?.

I usually prefer to use OTM Data buffering and Access (if you have it?) via Ethernet access and I can just leave it running as all data is outputted into a file within the OTM site folder called detail1.img.

I then use this along with a free utility called CDR Import.xls.

OK Thanks. I'll change those two settings and see what happens.
