Dear All.
we have a Nortel Cs1000M Rls4.5 system , we bought a new billing system from local provider.
we have a problem with the incoming call records , the new billing system can not handle it because
it comes in TWO STRINGs , the billing system only receives One sting for each record.
can we change the CDR format so that all types of records come in one string ?

thanks alot

thanks in advance for your help

In LD 17, do this:

REQ chg
TYPE parm
LPIB
HPIB
500B
SL1B
NCR
MGCR
CSQI
CSQO
TUBO
NCPU
CFWS
PCML
ALRM
ERRM
DTRB
TMRK
FCDR
PCDR
TPO
TSO
CLID NO
Then hit return until you get to REQ. Now you won't get the second line in the call record.
