CDR for external calls

Can anyone tell me how to make the incoming phone number appear in the CDR? Ours identifies the extension for internal and the 10-digit number for outgoing calls, but only shows the word INCOMING for incoming calls. I'd like the phone number to appear, if possible.

I'm not sure what details to include to help you help me. Option 61c, Sucession 3.0, PRI DID trunks coming in, Infortel CDR software (version unknown, in a different room on a different floor).

first question, do you get the call information in the raw records?

Usually it's not the PBX not sending the info, it's the Program that your using to sort the RAW CDR that is filtering it out. If you do a TRAC on your EXT in LD 80 when you get a out side call and it shows the CLID, then check the RDB's to see if you are collecting on that PRAM.
