CDR for dummies... need CDR to print for individual phone

Opt. 11 - do not have a CDR reporting package at this site, but I need to get raw CDR information on one particular phone. We use individual dialing codes for dialing out LD as well. I have a printer attached to the TTY...

In this scenario, how can I get this individuals raw call log to either this printer or another output so I can view it?

PS - it's been a while, so I need the CDR for dummies version... LD XX, CHG XXX, etc. Thanks!

in LD 80 you can trace a single phone by the T.N or D.N it will give you the number dialed the route the call went out on and other information, if you do a enhanced trace it will give you a time stamp as well, and you can set up to trace a phone for a specific time limit.

I wished it worked on Option 11's as I have a need for it also.

Oceannative you can do an enhanced trace if you have at least release 25 for sure, make sure multiuser is turned on check in LD 22

I have 25.40B with Multi user and Enhanced trace doesn't work and the NTP's I have say it doesn't work on Option 11.

Acewarlock, I tested this on 2 of my option 11,s with release 25 and release 4 before i sent the information to Oceannative , I was able to do an enhanced trace even though the NTPs do not list it as an option. The input I used was
ENTC TN (4 5) (0100)
time of trace= 0100
GOTR
i was able to trace any call on this phone.
