CDR for certain sets

Is there a way to set up CDR to just capture call details on individual sets and not all calls throughout the PBX?

You can add in a CLS od ICDA to capture internal and external calls from extensions, but I'm not sure if you can restrict CDR although I would have thought it would have been possible from extensions. I would need to refer to the guides.

Yeah I knew of the ICDA in CLS just wasn't sure if there was any steps to restrict CDR to just those sets with ICDA. I have a site that wants to just pull CDR on a group of numbers not all within the switch. They want to reduce the amount of admin time hunting down those DNs in a normal CDR capture.

The CDR parameters are set in the Route, so no, you cant restrict individual sets. This is why they have CDR software so you can sort and search any way you want.

KCFLHRC - do you have any suggestions on what CDR software that works well with Nortel? Thanks.

I do not know of anything in particular. A lot of people use the Nortel branded OTM or TM but it is a discontinued product.
