After the power failure, my switch is dumping different data than it was prior to the power failure. An example is below.

Example:

Here is the record in the format it was:

N 123 00 DN1736 A001 046 08/14 07:45 00:00:14 A 9011441463246575{2003-08-14 07:43:58}

Here is the record in the format that it is now:

N 078 00 DN1736 A001 045 08/18 08:36 00:00:04 A 9890114162931311{2003-08-18 08:35:05}

As you can see, it seems to be adding in the 89, after dialling the nine to access a line and before dialling the number, to every phone number that we are getting. Is this a setting on the switch?

Any help is appreciated.

I would think the 89 is the ACOD for the trunk check it via LD 21, REQ PRT TYPE RDB etc. or do you use DMI to insert 89I can`t remember but check LD 21 REQ CDR or for the DMI issue check the OPD prompt in LD 21 reqprt type RDB etc. If it is yes to OPD then any DMI inserts will be seen in the DR lines

i think it is you Route Access Code ...ACOD

I forgot,As we roll out our call logging systems we require this AC1/2 followed by the ACOD will be seen in all our Nortel`s to do this we had to install a S/W patch. Due to the power down you may have lost a S/W patch which keep the ACOD out of the CDR line?

Thanks for your help everyone. Turns out the OPD setting in the CDR needed to be set to "NO" on both my routes.

This change required a MAN INIT of the switch.
