his is a example of the cdr data collected in my pbx , what is the reason for which reaches garbage at the end of the fields?

What is the procedure to solve this?

The data isn't being collected fast enough, check the baud rate of the tty port, what is it set for?

the speed is 4800!!

Are you sending this to a TTY printer or someother kind of serial device?

Looks like the device capturing the data is too slow (buffering on the capture device as PERRYPJ said).

Try a laptop direct connect to CDR port and see if you are having the same issue using a Terminal prog.

Try using Winlink from RSI or a simple terminal program. Additionally, there were some problems with pre-WinXP OSs that were causing buffer overruns to happen during peak volume traffic.

Is the data you posted, Raw Data from the PBX or is this from a Buffer like a MDR2000 or in a PC file? we need to narrow down where the problem is as there could be many.
