CDR Data on calls not answered

Ok we have an outbound sales department that needs to know not only the calls that were completed (someone answered) but also the calls that were not completed (no answer just a ring). Right now our OTM is only putlling the calls answered data. How do we capture all data?

And as always with upper management, we need this NOW.

Look at OAN in LD 16 if it is set to yes then the record is only generated on answered calls.
 
I think I may have been a bit too general when it came to my question. We are wanting reports on what calls were made from our company to the outside. We have reports that show the calls that were placed by our sales group and answered, but we are not getting data on the calls that were not answered.

The issue is that they have a quota on how many calls they must make in a day. If the person does not answer then we are not getting that data. I need to know how to rectify that.
 
Also, if I make a change to our only outbound route will that break anything?
