We have a terminal where the CDR is shown and stored, this is running with Procomm , but it look like several calls are not been registered, all kinds, local, LD and cell calls.
Where/how can I check the configuration for CDR ??
Do you know if there is some way to discard records from CDR ??

Thanx to all.

Prt your RDB and look for the CDR prompt it should be YES
there are about 5 more prompts right below CDR that should be YES also or you can make them NO if you want.

LD 16
REQ CHG
TYPE RDB
CDR_DATA
CDR YES
INC YES CDR on incoming call
QREC YES CDR ACD Q
OAL YES CDR on all outgoing calls
OTL YES CDR on outgoing toll calls
AIA YES Identify answered calls in CDR
OAN YES CDR on answered outgoing calls
NATL YES Norht American Toll Scheme
OPD YES Outpulsed digits in CDR

Thanks I'll try that,
question:
If I change the prompts from No to YES can I take them back to their original value ???

Yes you can change them back, thats why I told you to print them all out so you know what they were before you made the changes.
