Hi Everbody

This is my first post and I desperately need some assistance from the experts found here on this forum.

I am running Cisco CallManager 4.1.3 sr5c
with Database CCM0300.

I am experiencing the problem :
"30023 : Data is not available for the date range selected. Data is only available from Mar 29, 2007 till Feb 22, 2008".

I have followed the instructions on cisco.com(hxxp:// which advises you to purge the ART database. I un-installed the CDR ART plugin and then did a re-install. It then loads the CDR's into the ART database from the date of install. I then purge the ART db and start the CDR load. The CDR's will load from Mar 29 up till 22 Feb 2008 and then the loader returns log "Load unsuccessful". None of the methods on the cisco page, has worked for me.

According to the Microsoft Event Viewer, the CallManager service did fail on the 22 Feb 2008. Which leads to me to conclusion that something must have corrupted the db and now CDR loading fails everytime it reaches that specific date.
I even deleted the actual call records for the problematic date. CDR load still fails.

Please excuse the long email, I am at wits end regarding how to go about getting the rest of the cdr's.

Your assistance is grealy appreciated.

Dear topperharley1

i have call manager 4.2.3 and ihad configured Extension mobility feature with CDR to get the report ifaced this problem and will show how to solve it but after you completed the following sql CMD queries some time you have to wait one day then you will have the report:
n Cisco CallManager release 4.1(3) or later, when the content of the Comments column exceeds 256 characters, an attempt to run the CAR/ART report receives the 30023:Data is not available for the date range selected error. This issue is tracked by Cisco bug ID CSCsb99593 ( registered customers only) .
Complete these steps to verify whether the problem is due to loading of records.
1. Select Start > Programs > Microsoft SQL Server > Query Analyzer.
2. Select the CDR database from the drop-down list of database selection.
3. Execute the query select max(len(comment)) from CallDetailRecord. If the return value is more than 256, then perform the steps to resolve the problem.
a. Select the ART database from the database selection drop-down list.
b. Execute these SQL commands.
Truncate Table Tbl_Billing_Data
Truncate Table Tbl_Billing_Error
Truncate Table Tbl_Error_Id_Map
Truncate Table Tbl_Load_History
Truncate Table Tbl_Event_Log
Truncate Table Tbl_Error_Log
Truncate Table Tbl_Dump_Calldetailrecord
