Hi:

I have a problem with the CDP.
When I want to add a CDP (dsc) "5", the system show me the next error:
"ESN011" (conflicts with existing number).

I have just a SPN 5 in AC1 and a SPN 5 in AC2.
I haven't NPA or NXX, I just have SPN.
My extensions are 4000's.

What can I do?

Check to see if you have anything configured

ld 20
req prt
type dnb
dnb 5

the spn will not be the conflict, you dial ac1 or ac2 before the spn. might be a acod, feature code etc. to use 5 you need 5 in the prt ludn table

ld 20
prt
ludn
0

return.. unless 5 shows up, you've got a conflict, that table will show you the hom many conflicts you are looking at

Hi:

With ludn, show me:

CUST 0
DN 5

CUSTOMER 00 - UNUSED DNS:
5001 5002 5003 5004 5005 5006 5007 5008 5009 5010 5011 5012 5014 5015 5016 5018 5019 502 503 5040
5041 5043 5044 5045 5046 5047 5048 5049 5052 5053 5054 5055 5056 5057 5058 5059 506 507 508 509
510 5110 5111 5112 5114 5115 5116 5118 5119 512 513 514 515 516 517 518 519 5216 5218 5219
522 523 524 525 526 527 528 529 54 550 551 552 553 554 5550 5551 5552 5553 5554 5556
5557 5558 5559 556 557 558 559 58 59

What is it?

I have a Flexible Feature Code with 57.
This code is "auth".

I have others codes with "5".
How can I remove this codes.

You are using several of your 5 series numbers. That's the conflict.

5000
5013
5017
5042
5050
5051
5113
5117
5200 thru 5215
5217
53 (Whole series)
5555
56 (Whole series)
57 (Whole series)

You cannot make a CDP entry of '5'unless you can see '5' in your LUDN printout.

How I can remove the FFC (LD 57) auth or how can I change it.

what can I do?

just go enter a new code, look at your ludn, i try to start codes with a *, make sure you don't leave any blank codes that people are using, you using the dn 5000 somewhere

You may want to PRT DNB then "5" to find out exactly where all of the "5" numbers are programmed. In addition to the FFC's it will tell you where other 5XXX numbers are that will need to be changed so that you can use 5 as a dsc.
