Incoming cdp calls are redirecting to the Nortel's callpilot asking to input a mailbox. This cdp call is supposed to go over a DID NI2 PRI trunk to a Avaya IPO and ring one of our Avaya sets. If we dial from the Avaya set to Nortel set internally the calls work and same from Nortel to Avaya internally. I tried setting this up as a TIE line but can't get past the CBCR prompt. I had this working as a DID and NI2 on a option 11 but now were trying it on a 81c. Anything come to mind as to why calls are hitting the callpilot? Thanks.
