CDONTS Question

Just curious for my own information;

When I use the CDONTS object to send email, is it my IIS server that is actualy sending the email, or is the email being sent to a POP3 server somewhere on the network.

I am in my companys network and I would like to know which servers my email goes thru.

It will go out on the default SMTP server that is set up for the server that the script is running on. So I guess the answer is... it depends (isn't it always)
