CDONTS and Windows 98

hello all....

Does CDONTS work with windows 98 ??? i tried to register the cdonts.dll but it didnt register... it gave me an error code.... the same dll worked with windows xp on the same machine....

I believe, but not sure, that CDONTS and CDOSYS will only work on NT/W2K or greater.

I was also wondering whether CDONTS would work on XP or can only CDO be used? I'm going to try to use it with Groupwise and I read somewhere else that theres no difference regarding Outlook or Groupwise etc.

haven't tried it yet, but seem to recall CDO is on XP
