Hi all,
I am new to this forum and do not have much knowledge about Nortel.
What I would like to do is to release a call from a CTI controlled CDN, is it possible?
It could also be from an ACD Queue.

I have some correlated questions about my post :
1. Can a script be associated to CDN controlled by CTI.
I saw in some documentation that there was a command named DISCONNECT that could be used in script.
2. What is the name of the documentation where I can find about the configuration of CDN and ACD Queues. Can I find it in web in communication server documentation or in customer contact documentation.

Not entirely sure what you are trying to achieve. If Symposium/CC6 is controlling the call routing on the CDN then a CTI application cannot also control it, it's either one or the other.

There is certainly a DISCONNECT command that can be executed in a cll routing script, but is does exactly what it says, i.e. it disconnects the call at source which will be the Meridian/CS1000 so the call is no longer present for any other application to take over control.
