CDN do not answer calls

Hello: I am configuing a skillet in call pilot of a BCM 400. I have one agent logged in and I am testing the Skillset, but I haven't trunks.

So my scenario is, 2 phones not logged ( A and B) and 1 phone logged to the skillset (C).

A call to B, and B transfer the call to the CDN of the skillset, but A listen only rinback, so the CDN is not answering.

I know that if I call directly to the CDN it not answer the call, but I think that if I transfer the call to it, the CD must answer.

Some idea ??

Only external calls on trunks can be transferred to a CDN
 
It's working as designed. Test by calling from an outside line and transfer to the CDN from AA.

I configured a trunk, and I tested with it and work.

So ONLY is possible with trunks... between extension by design is impossible !
