Ok, I do have information on the trunk, but it doesn't give us the CDN between the trunk and the extension. I've even turned on ICDA in the CLS of every phone and I still can track when a CDN is used to connect the call.
CDR reports on the "set" that answered the call. CDN statistics can be measured in Symposium or some sort of reporting for Call Centers. You can track calls coming in by DNIS with CDR, again only if the call was answered and it will be pegged by the set that answered the call. But CDN reports are not a feature of CDR.
