I am currently trying to create a new CDN to be the number to dial into voicemail to replace the old number. But when I create the new one there are prompts that I see on the old CDN that I do not have when creating the new one such as AACQ YES. What would be causing this?

AACQ just means acquired. For a CDN, it means that Callpilot can pick up calls that are forwarded to that number. AACQ is not pre-configured, it's picked up afterwards when the CDN is actually acquired by Callpilot.

I usually use a night callforwarded ACD queue for Callpilot treatments, so I'm not sure how CDNs are acquired in Callpilot (it may be as easy as setting it up in the SDN table?)
