Hi all,

i have a BC10 with external trunkt to VoIP system (through Patton) and i need to set a call deviation to a voip number using CDINI.

I did some tries but seems that don't work: calls where not deviated, maybe because it's to an external trunk.

Is possibile to do call deviation to external number ? If yes, how ?

Thanks, Michele

Hi,
about CDINI :
Directory number for an individual diversion position can be:
- a voice extension
- a data extension
- a data group
- an individual PABX operator
- a common PABX operator group
- an internal group hunting group (PBX)
- a common bell group
- a procedure where: A = * , B = #
- an external number within a private network of type APNSS/DPNSS/ISDN

If you want to divert the extension to an external number to a "public" Network you have to use "External Follow Me" (*22*...#)

best regards,
Norbert

Thanks a lot for your kindly reply.

So i can use something like:

CDINI:DIR=1000,DIV=A22A5000B;

to redirect unanswered calls from 1000 to external 5000 ?

Hi,
there is a litte missunderstanding.
External Follow Me will divert all calls to external.

If you wan to redirect only not answered calls to external, you can use the Feature "Personal number" (PELPI)

PELPI :DIR=[,LIST=],CHO=,ANSPOS=[,TIME=][,BSYCHO=][,ONECAL=][,ORGSEL=];

DIR = Directory number. Directory number corresponding to the Personal Number.
LIST = Answering position list. Number of the list containing the answering positions.
CHO = Choice order. Order in the list for the answering position.
ANSPOS = Answering position. Answering position of the list.
TIME = Ringing supervision time. Time for the call to be answered at the answering position.
BSYCHO = Busy choice. Choice selected in case the answering position is busy.
ONECAL = One call choice. The entered choice can only be called once while the call is being distributed.
ORGSEL = Origin selection. Selection of the answering position depending on the origin.

I dont know anymore, if a License was needed for the feature "Personal number" in BC10.

so try to program "personal number" for Extension 1000 :
PELPI:DIR=1000,LIST=1,CHO=1,ANSPOS=1000,TIME=25;
PELPI:DIR=1000,LIST=1,CHO=2,ANSPOS=5000,TIME=60;
--> e.g call to extenion 1000 will ring 25 sec. on phone 1000, if no answer, call will ring 60 sec. on 5000 (external)

best regards,
Norbert

try with pelpi. Otherwise the user has to activate the ECF from the phone

Ops :-( i think that my license doesn't allow that:

<PELPI:DIR=1000,LIST=1,CHO=1,ANSPOS=5000,TIME=10;NOT ACCEPTED

LICENSE IS NOT AVAILABLE
<

Thanks however.

PELPI is licensed st BC10&11.

The only option is CDINI to ABBdial TRA to external - but that needed a patch which you may not have.

Or upgrade

Best parnum

CDINI to ABBdial does not work at this level without a patch^^^
