hi everyone
i'm so confused...my problem is when an extension divertes to another extension in any case(busy - no answer) , when i call dir-A after 4-5 rings it diverts to dir-B but at this moment both of them(dir & div) ring. and it goes to all of our pabx.
Any help would be appreciated.

Great, but please can you tell us the PABX manufacturer.
There are multiple forums here for different PABX's

lol, true dat!

It appears CDINI = Call diversion individual number initiate
And that there is a very small group that post about it and so happens to only in Tek-tips.

I think you need this forum mduzer for more looks:

thank you guys for your reply
i found it.. it was all about PARNUM=8 (Ringing signal for diversion).
our MD110 was set to PARNUM=8,PARVAL=1 which means ringing signal shall be sent to both ( first called party & divertee position).
