Hello,

We are trying to configure call diversion for IP extensions when calls are missed because the extensions are busy or when they have not been attended

We can't use CDINI command as we do in analog or digital extensions, how could we do it?

regards

pd: we have BC12

You have to use PELPI command:

Extension 251 wants a diversion on no answer to and also when busy.

pelpi:dir=251,list=1,cho=1,anspos=251,TIME=10,bsycho=3;
pelpi:dir=251,list=1,cho=2,aspos=252,time=10;
pelpi:dir=251,list=1,cho=3,aspos=252,time=10;

Hello,

Thank you for the quick answer. I've tried it and it works, the problem is that after configuring it we see in the main screen "List act 1" instead of the date and time that we saw before configuring it. Isn't it possible to have this call diversion configured without having to see it at the screen? regards

Hi,

I think List act 1 / Profile 1 etc are stored in the text strings..

Try manipulating with KSTSC or explore somewhere there...

Cheers,
