Hey,
I have this other computer(OS = Win98) that i want to get working, it started a few weeks ago when i got an illegal operation with Explorer.exe everytime when i booted up, so i formatted.
Then it wouldn't work at all, just kept going straight to Command Prompt, so i deleted the partitions, created new ones, formatted them etc etc, and now it says 'No Drives Found, Aborting Installation' when i use a boot-up disk. It also says that mscd001 cant be found. Any Idea's?

What does fdisk show?
And time for a new boot disk.

Partition - C:1
Status - A
Type - PRI DOS
Volume Label - 12121212121
Mbytes - 1036
System - FAT32

Totol Diskspace is 1036 Mbytes

I deleted all my partitions because this site i was at said it would do a clean install. I created a Primary partition though, and thats it there.

Try another bootdisk, say one from and see what it can do for fdisk and format. Get one for the same level of OS you are trying to install.
