Hi folks,

Running everything from the June releases on an IP412 with CCC V5, and having problems using the "force state" feature in CCV.

We have a mixture of IP Phones and POTS, and when you try and use force state to log an agent off, nothing happens regardless of their type of phone.

Also noticed that IP Phones don't seem to like being forced into a Ready state. Everything else works fine including Busy Wrap UP, Busy NA and even Raady on the POTS.

Same problems whether or not Phone Manager is open, and have flashed the unit and reprogrammed several times.

Noticed in Delta Server that the command for logoff is simply Logout(225) or whatever the extn number is. When you do a manual logoff, there is much more info sent through Delta Server.

Look forward to your responses!

Chris

do all users have a 4 digit extn with a 4 digit log on code?

if not that'll be your answer and this 4 digit extn issue has caused a lot of underlying issues on CCC V5

All agents are using 3 digit numbers and 3 digit logon codes. I was under the impression that if it was no more than 4, then CCC should work. Does three digits cause problems.

Definately, without doubt, worth a try.

Thanks

Didn't work Jedi I'm afraid. Tried setting everything to four digits and still had no joy.

This new version of CCC seems to have one or two bugs, and I've reported them to Avaya who claim it's news to them. Going to default the system and let Avaya work their magic!!

We'll see...
