CCV connection error

Hi all!

I have IP Office 406 DS with sw 3.2(17) and CCC V5 running on Windows server 2003.

When I'm using CCV on CCC server machine, everything is OK.
But when I am using the supervisor's PC (XP Profesional),
I can see DeltaServer, but when I try to connect I get this massage:
"Permission denied whilst connecting to server machine or process"

I don't have any kind of firewall between them.

Does someone knows what is the problem?

The user on the XP Machine have insufficient rights to access the server over the network.

User on XP machine has administrator rights on that machine.
Do you know what I have to set on server machine and/or XP machine to make CCV works?

I think this has helped me in the past. I cant remember if this was it or not but try to enable the guest account on the server. right click my computer then manage then local users and groups then users and enable guest if it not already.
