Hi all,

Poking around an Auto Attendant issue for the first time in CCUE. When you call into the AA you receive the options 1 for dial by extension, 2 for dial by name and 3 for operator. However, the AA is not responding to any entered digits. After looking at the menu in the script editor I did verify that key 1 is set to ext, 2 for dial by name and 3 for operator. I am assuming there's an easy fix for this but can't locate it. Any pointers would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Han

Dear Han,

I assume that you are integrating CUE with CME.
In this case ,please make sure that you have configured the statement listed below, in your sip dial peer poing to CUE..

dtmf-relay h245-alphanumeric

Hello Tom,

The dial-peers are set to DTMF-Relay sip-notify. Changing them to H245-Alphanumeric did not resolve the issue. When testing the AA again I noticied that if you wait until the end of the greeting and then press an option it sometimes works.

Thanks,

Han
